In any project there has to be stakeholders. Although I deleted this out but I had to come up with one which properly encompassed the digital theme too.

What have I learnt so far in this period of my internship?
- Organization- being organized is one of the keys to success in any project.
- Working together- working together helps so much in coordinating any event, and this leads to success.
- Time keeping and planning- this has helped me so much in keeping track of my whole project.
- Customer relationship- I have learnt that in order for a project to be successful, a constant customer/client relationship has to be maintained. Consultations always have to be given a room to exist.
- Communication- I have learnt so far that communication is one of the best tools to break barriers which might arise. Here my working colleague in office stressed to me the importance of communicating to all levels of the organization who are involved and to communicate the right information at the right time to all the stakeholders of a project.
- Collaborative- just another tool I have learnt. This one involves the project manager to involve the client from the beginning. It makes it more easier for the client to take a decision in any activity at any particular time and overall it saves time in a project.
- Creativity- in dealing with the client's problems.
Mid internship presentation
During the mid internship presentation, I was informed by my supervisor that actually I was off the internship track. I had concentrated to much in the area of project management which was not taught to us during the previous semesters. So they asked me to concentrate much only on what we have so far learned during the school terms. I was also asked to concentrate on the digital campaign of my internship rather than the theoretical part of it.
This actually help me so much to be on track again as I had spent almost half of my internship period focusing on the not so relevant issues. I had to delete some of the irrelevant work and replaced it with the much needed digital part of the project.
Part of the deleted work is below. Though it was deleted but it doesn't necessarily mean that its not used in the project management system.
RISK MANAGEMENT is the identification, assessment, and prioritization of risks followed by coordinated and economical application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability and/or impact of unfortunate events or to maximize the realization of opportunities.
RISK MANAGEMENT involves the following steps
a) Risk Identification: what is the risk? Here we are going to brainstorm what kind of risks can occur when we are organizing this agricultural workshop/project in Uganda
b) Risk Qualification: what is the likelihood and impact of the risk? After identifying the risks we shall then measure the impact of the risks and the likelihood of happening and then prioritising these risks. In the risk impact we then estimate the consequence of each identified risk by asking ourselves questions like How big will the impact of the risk be on the project?
We can assess the risk impact by using the Richter scale as shown in the diagram below
But we shall use a more simplified measure like this one
Risk likelihood?how likely will the risk happen
After identifying the risk impact and likelihood of it happening we then prioritize our risk management.
c) Risk Response:
We have 3 options
• Accept it by living with the consequences
• Avoid it by working around so that the risk never happens
• Mitigate it by taking action to lessen the risk
d) Risk Response Control:
How do we manage and monitor the risk? By having a risk analysis

Purposes of a website.
- It will act like our online brochure/catalog
- To help us reach new markets easily
- It will help us improve customer relationship
- Help us promote our services
Design schematic of the new website.
This is how the new intended website will look like in order to meet the demands of East Africa. The current one just promotes their services and products but does not contain things like knowledge sharing tips, networking etc. These are the things we are going to integrate in the East African website.
Evaluating current website.
The current website is only promoting product and services that needs to be adjusted to the East African market. It lucks features like knowledge sharing, networking and its not clear on stakeholders.
