- Organization- being organized is one of the keys to success in any project.
- Working together- working together helps so much in coordinating any event, and this leads to success.
- Time keeping and planning- this has helped me so much in keeping track of my whole project.
- Customer relationship- I have learnt that in order for a project to be successful, a constant customer/client relationship has to be maintained. Consultations always have to be given a room to exist.
- Communication- I have learnt so far that communication is one of the best tools to break barriers which might arise. Here my working colleague in office stressed to me the importance of communicating to all levels of the organization who are involved and to communicate the right information at the right time to all the stakeholders of a project.
- Collaborative- just another tool I have learnt. This one involves the project manager to involve the client from the beginning. It makes it more easier for the client to take a decision in any activity at any particular time and overall it saves time in a project.
- Creativity- in dealing with the client's problems.
