I have read your posts up till now. Interesting stuff. I would like to see a work breakdown structure and a project plan for the task "changes on the website" - based on a description of the task - if it's clear now: What kind of changes? Why these changes? How have you concluded in the changes - using some tests? What are the succes criteria of the changes? How would you test? It's obvious to refer a.o. to your stakeholder analysis. Also I would like to learn about the relationship between the conference and the new website. E.g. normally a conference is about new knowledge, dialoque and networkning - how will these elements be implemented - or at least reflected - in the new website? In other words: How could the website be used before - during - after the conference? Any case, the website should also be a marketing tool for the conference? Finally, no matter how much these two tasks are integrated, in the blog you should give priority to the website task.
Yes I have the WBS but its on an excel sheet, too big to be posted on the blog. I think we talked about it last time we met but I will make sure I make a print out for you on an A3 paper so that we go through it. All the other comments am addressing them- thanks.
